Head Legal Division - Aakarshan Aditya

Aakarshan Aditya is a Delhi based Lawyer, practicing largely in the Supreme Court of India where he is also an Advocate-on-Record with an experience of more than 12 years in law practice.
Focus areas of practice are corporate, commercial and regulatory litigation representing both individual and corporate clients. His practice also encompasses civil, criminal, constitutional, service, consumer and tax matters.
In addition to practice as an Advocate-on-Record of Supreme Court, his office  also handles matters related to Civil, Criminal, Corporate/ Commercial, Tax and Regulatory Litigation before Civil Courts, High Courts and various Tribunals like ITAT, NCDRC, NCLT, NCLAT and TDSAT.
Aakarshan is admitted to the Supreme Court Bar Association as well as Supreme Court Advocate-on-Record Association and has been elected as an Executive Member of the Supreme Court Advocate-on-Record Association Executive Committee-2022-24.
